Event Description

RAPTOR Inc. has been a leader in bird of prey conservation in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. RAPTOR Inc.’s conservation activities include rescue and rehabilitation of ill and injured birds of prey, conducting field research at the Raptor Center and at local nesting sites, banding chicks and rehabilitated birds, installing nest boxes, collaborating with other like-minded conservation organizations, and educating the public about the value of these birds to the environment. Your participation in this event helps RAPTOR Inc. purchase essential items such as food, medications, medical supplies, and maintenance equipment necessary to fulfill our mission to conserve our magnificent local birds of prey.

The beautiful 2022 collectible finisher metal and t-shirt will feature an image of a Great Horned Owl.

Race Starts at 9:00am, Rain or Shine
Family Friendly Party to follow Race!

Course. The 5K route will wind through the paved trails at beautiful Miami Meadows Park in Milford, OH.

Registrations for adults and youth received by August 14 will include a t-shirt and collectible metal. Registrants after August 14 will receive a t-shirt and collectible metal while supplies last.

Awards:  The top 3 male and female runners will receive prizes. Complete race results will be available at TimingSpot.com

If you would prefer to “Sleep In” on race day, you can make a difference without leaving home. Your registration fee will support RAPTOR Inc.'s mission
and your t-shirt and collectible metal will be available for pick up at the Raptor Center.

Family Friendly Celebration Party to Follow Race. Stay around after the race for snacks, drinks, amazing raffle prizes, fun nature-friendly activities, and visits from RAPTOR Inc.'s LIVE Avian Ambassadors!
