Dress as a STAR for a 5K Fun Run through Iconic Beverly Hills, California!

Whether your favorite is a movie star, a star in the sky, a scientist, a historical figure or even yourself - yes, at the Run of the STARS you get to be the star - you will be blinded by the brilliance of the many STARS you find yourself in the midst of at this one of a kind 5K.

This event supports NOT TODAY CANCER and their mission to find a CURE for devastating childhood cancers.

The founders of NOT TODAY CANCER tragically lost their 11 year old son Mason to T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).

As he fought for two years, Mason and his family used the slogan “Not Today Cancer'“ as their battle cry and when he lost his fight, the battle continued and this local non-profit was founded in Mason's honor. Mason was a star in his brief time with us and the city dedicated a bench to him in Roxbury Park that says, “Shine Forever, Mason.” 

Scientists are close to a cure to help children like Mason and you can help them shine so many lights that they are able to find what they are looking for. 

Despite childhood cancer rates being on the rise, only 4% of US Federal Funding for Cancer Research goes to Pediatrics. Not Today Cancer proudly supports the STAR Act. That was passed in 2018 and allocates funds to Childhood Cancer research. This funding is regularly up for re-authorization and with your help, we will continue to allocate more funding for this crucial research.
