Event Description

Since 2017 C26 Triathlon has offered a total of 17 triathlon camps. We have been fortunate enough to have all of our camps the last 4 years sell out months (or even a year) in advance. Athletes from all over the country with totally different skill sets make their way to Tennessee every year for our camp. Regardless of experience , goals, ability, age, or fitness we have an opportunity for you. All of our sessions are time based and you will be split into groups ensuring you get the appropriate workout. The most important thing is that we start together and end together! 

For 2023 our June Volume and Intensity Camp will be June 21-25.  We will have 1-2 coaches on hand for support, SAG, and athlete assistance but the format and structure of the camp will be more “session” driven than “instruction” driven. While coaches will be on hand for all sessions ,the swim portion of the camp will be the only heavily instructed portion. This camp will be great for all levels of athletes looking to get in a lot of really solid work with awesome people. You will be around other awesome athletes with supported swim, rides, and runs in the best training locations Nashville has to offer. 

You’ll get top notch swim instruction at Boost Fit Club in one of two pool sessions. You’ll bike at Natchez Trace, which is arguably one of the best cycling spots in the country. Smooth, challenging, and safe roads that run for 400 miles to Mississippi. Percy Warner Park is a staple at C26 Camp and gives you a beautiful, safe, and challenging run experience of around 600 feet of elevation for each 5.8 mile loop. We also share several meals together and will offer plenty of time to hang out with your new friends or teammates.. This camp is for everyone and every ability. Don't believe us?

Here is our tentative 2023 Camp Schedule:

Wed: Day 1 
2pm -3:30pm - Optional Ride/Run at the Lab 
6:00pm-8:00pm - Welcome Dinner at Brixx


Thursday - Day 2 (2 locations but only appx 15min of driving between both)
6:00am-8:00am - Pool Session, Technique and Form Work 
9:15am-10:30am Hill Climbing on Trace 
10:30am-11:00am- Run off the Bike
*We will meet at first parking lot MM 440


Friday - Day 3 (2 locations but only a 10 min drive between both)
6:00am-8:00am - Pool Session, Workout
9:15-11:30 - Long Run at Percy Warner


Saturday - Day 4  (One location)
2 options: 
A. 6:00-10:30am - Long Ride on Trace 

B. 6:00-9:45am - Long Ride on Trace then 45min Brick Run 
*We will meet at the Garrison Creek Rest Stop


Sunday - Final Day  (One location)
7:00-8:30am- Open Water Skills at Anderson Road Beach 

**Final Camp Schedule will be released 30 days before the start of camp. **

CANCELLATION POLICY:

This camp is non-refundable.

Deferment of any camp entry will only be accepted if you are injured, or a work commitment arises 30 days prior to camp. 

Any cancellations within the 30 day window of your camp start date will NOT receive a deferment option. Camp costs, catering, tshirt, etc. will already be finalized and cannot be changed, or refunded to us.
