Join the Falls Road Running Store Ladies Night Track training group Wednesday evenings this summer and fall!
Each Wednesday, starting at 6:30 PM, from July 20-September 28, the Falls Road Running Store will host a women's run training, specifically utilizing track workout sessions! Are you a former track star? Never run track? Played a different sport? Love the roads? All runners welcome, if you consider yourself a walker that has some speed this is also for you!
When: Wednesday's, workout start at 6:30 PM from July 20 - September 28, 2022
Where: Loyola/Hopkins Track, 1101 E. 33rd St., Baltimore, MD 21218
Who: Ladies who want to learn, have fun, work hard, and train together! You! Coached by women coaches, certified though USATF and USTFCCCA, that have experience locally, nationally, and internationally. We meet you where you are at and will challenge you in a fun way to grown and improve your speed and athletic confidence.
What: each session will include a group warmup, drill instruction, track workout, with mobility and strength add-ons
