 “Shine a Light on Problem Gambling” Recovery One Mile Fun Run/Walk and Awareness Event. The FREE event will be held rain or shine on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Shenantaha Creek Park (Pavilion A) in Ballston Spa/Malta. September is Recovery Month and we are excited to raise community awareness of problem gambling and help shine a light on this hidden addiction. This family-friendly event will feature stories of hope and recovery from individuals with lived experience of problem gambling. Various local community organizations will be there tabling and sharing information and resources. There will be music, games and fun for the whole family! All are welcome to join us. This is not a timed race.
