Come run  or walk one of the best trails in Southwest Michigan (this is the same trails the Kalamazoo Mud Run was ran on!)!  Whether it be our 5K TRAIL RUN or the KIDS 1 MILER you will have a great time at this event!  The owners of Michigan's largest wellness expo is hosting this race as part of their mission of promoting fitness and wellness in Southwest Michigan!
