Event Description

Welcome to the PBFD Fall Classic!

Firefighters from the Poplar Bluff Fire Department created this obstacle-style event to showcase skills firefighters' use in day-to-day operations. With each competitor placing their best effort against the clock,  we're sure to have the crowd roaring!

Event details and schedule

Participants will need:

-Structural Firefighting experience (career or volunteer)

-PPE/SCBA (or make arrangements prior)

- "Radio version" Theme song 

-sign copy of event waiver before competing!

Course will include: 

-Stair ascend/descend with High rise Pack

-Keiser sled Ventilation prop

-supply line drag simulation 

-Equipment carry

-"Rescue Randy" 185lbs Dummy Drag

Course will be ran in a serpentine style on the arena floor with crowds on BOTH sides this year!

Showr facilities will be available along with post event refreshments and reception TBA
