It's BAAAACK - by popular demand we are excited to bring to you the Pig on the Pond 5k and Piglet 1 Mile (for 12 years or younger) benefitting Project Scholars . To date, Project Scholars has awarded close to a half-million dollars to provide four-year scholarships to more than 300 deserving south Lake County students.
Grab your family, friends and 🐷 themed activewear and head on to Downtown Clermont for a fun morning. Race along beautiful Lake Minneola on a flat course perfect for first timers and those chasing their next personal best. Who knows, you might even grab some bacon along the way🥓 FloDash courses are always opened to all runners, joggers and walkers of all paces and abilities.
We have THE BEST referral rewards!!! FloDash Events will refund you $20 as a thank you when you get 5 friends to sign up using the referral link you receive with your registration confirmation email.

What do I get with my Entry?
All 5k participants get a race shirt, bib, custom finisher's medal and an entry to the Pig on the Pond festival. Live participants get a timing chip on their bibs along with post race beverage and snack tickets. Piglet 1 Mile is open to children 12 and under, and will get a bib and a fun medal for all finishers. The 1 Mile will not be chip timed and parents/chaperones are welcomed to run alongside their little ones on the course. No bib or fun medal for parents/chaperones. Participants 12 and under have the option to purchase a race Tshirt at checkout.
Can I dress up?
Absolutely!! Come dressed in your most creative Pig on the Pond themed costume and enter to win.
Packet Pick-up
October 14 from 2 PM - 6 PM at Dash Sports (741 W Montrose St Clermont FL 34711) and race day 6:15AM-7:15AM. You may pick up race bibs for a friend but you must have their QR code and correct spelling of their name. This will avoid all spelling errors and the possibility of you picking up the wrong packet!! PACKETS NOT PICKED UP BY RACE MORNING WILL NOT BE HELD. VIRTUAL PACKETS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SHIPPED 2 WEEKS AFTER THE RACE. **VIRTUAL BIBS ARE DIGITAL. We will not be responding to emails requesting event changes during packet pickup and race day.
Race Morning
6:15-7:15 AM - Packet pick-up. Race day registration will be available online until 7:15 AM. There is no onsite registration, you must register on your own device prior to registration deadline.

7:30 AM - 5k
7:50 AM - 1 Mile (for 12 years and younger)

Please refer to the Clermont City parking map below to locate the several available lots.
Group Pricing
Bring your friends, co-workers or family members and create a team!! Teams of 4 or more will receive $5 off each participant. Upon creating the team, the first 3 registrants will pay full price, once the team minimum of 4 members has been reached, the previous 3 registrations will receive an automatic $5 refund. All registrations to the same team after that will already reflect the $5 discount. May not be combined with other discounts, like race bundles.
Strollers and Dogs on the course
If you must have a stroller we just ask that you please line up at the back of the pack. Dogs are NOT allowed on course. If you have a service dog please contact the race director ahead of time at flodashevents@gmail.com. Participants with dogs will be asked to leave the course.

Donations for the Pig on the Pond 5k and Piglet 1 Mile will be benefitting the Project Scholars
Awards
Awards will begin at 8:45am or sooner. Categories are top 3 Male and Female overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top 3 Male and Female in 10 year age groups, starting with 19 and under up to 70 and over. You may log back in to this page and click on the results tab or look for the QR code’s around the finish line.
The Piglet 1 Mile top male and top female finisher only will recieve a wristband to unlimited rides at Pig on the Pond for one day.
***We will no longer be holding awards at Dash Sports to be picked up within a week. We want to encourage all our finishers to stay for awards and cheer each other on. You've got to get on that podium and let us celebrate you. If awards are important to you please make sure you pick them up at the race***
