Event Description

Joini us on Saturday, May 5th for the 10th Annual Walk To Africa - walking 2, 4, or 8 miles in scenic Santa Monica.  This annual event benefits Lighthouse Medical Missions sending doctors and nurses to Africa on short term medical relief trips. LMM celebrates 20 years in Africa this year, just returning from The Gambia on April 9th.  Bai Water handed out at the finish line as you enter the Family Fun Zone with acitivites for children and the band Twinkle Time performing.  Organized by pediatrician Dr. Bob Hamilton who was on Good Morning and America and Dr. Oz with his "Hamilton Hold" that went viral on You Tube to stop babies from crying.
