Run, Walk, or Stroll on over to Decatur, Texas and join Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center in our “Run – Walk – Stroll for LIFE 2022” 1 Mile Fun Run-Walk-Stroll and 5K Run-Walk-Stroll. This is a family-friendly event for all ages and paces! Wise Choices believes in LIFE for all, and we want you to join us! Join us October 15th, 2022 @ 8:30 am for the 1 Mile event start and 9:00 am for the 5K event start. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers in each race and for the best stroller decoration. Registration includes a race T-shirt and race goodie bag. Participants can also choose to receive a finisher medal if desired. Fun Day activities include: stroller derby for the kids, inflatables, photo opportunity with the Stork, food trucks, and vendor booths. Get your registration in by October 1st for a guaranteed t-shirt and finisher medal. Online Registration closes on Oct 14, but race day registration at the event is available. Bring baby items (diapers, formula, baby clothing, etc.) to stuff the stork tent, and you'll be entered to win a door prize. Cash donations are always welcome and can be added on the Donate page. Wise Choices Pregnancy Resource Center exists to empower women in a crisis pregnancy situation to make life-affirming choices. Proceeds from the ‘Run-Walk-Stroll for LIFE” will be used to provide materials assistance such as diapers, formula, and clothing, education classes, counseling, encouragement and hope during a difficult time. We believe in reaching our clients with mercy and compassion by offering practical assistance in both word and action.
