Event Description

Join us on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 for the LITE LOPE 5K Walk/Run, sponsored by Bridgewater Falls Shopping Center and Molson Coors Beverage Company! This 5K Walk/Run is a partnership between Bridgewater Falls Shopping Center, Molson Coors Beverage Company, and the Great Miami Valley YMCA, and all race proceeds will go to support the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Survivor Exercise Program.

Registration:
$25 dollar registration fee. 
Online registration ends September 30th at 6pm.
Race day registration is cash only from 8am-9am.

Awards:
Overall male and female award for first place walker and runner. 
10 year age group awards, top male and female for both walkers and runners. 

T-shirts:
$10 long sleeve race shirt. (optional)
You must sign up by September 16th to guarantee a race shirt.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCAA CANCER SURVIVOR EXERCISE PROGRAM
The Great Miami Valley YMCA is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community. Through LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a FREE 12-week research-based program, the YMCA supports cancer survivors and their families in regaining their physical, emotional and spiritual strength. This health and wellness exercise program is conducted in a small group setting that includes the ability to share and connect with other participants.
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is an important piece of the Y’s mission to promote healthy living for those who have or have had a chronic disease like cancer. We aim to help those who have been affected by the disease and are looking to reclaim their strength, flexibility and more.
