Event Description
The GRIT 21 is a judged benchmark workout event within our Grit community. This is a great way to track your progress, highlight your strengths, and see where improvements can be made. With our live leaderboard you can check and see where you rank as well.
There are 3 tiers with 7 different standardized weighted and body weight moves in each tier; go all the way through to complete the GRIT 21 movements!
