Event Description
The ALS Lou Gehrig's Disease 10K and 5K Run/Walk is one of the most enjoyable courses in all of South Florida. Running through Coconut Grive and Coral Gables allows the runer to have complete shade as you pass under the giant Banyon Trees!
The proceeds from this years race go to the ALS Recovery Fund!

When: Saturday May 13, 2017 – 7:30 Start
What: 10K Run, 5K Run and 5k Walk*
Where: 3500 Pan American Drive, Coconut Grove
(Next to Miami City Hall & Dinner Key)
Entry Fee: Early Registration (through May 6) is $30 per person;
$15 for children (14 and under)
Race day is $35
Age Groups & Awards
Awards:10K/5K Run: Awards will be given to the top three overall (male/female) and top three (male/female) in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34,
35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74,75 and Over
5K Walk: Top three (male/female)
5K Wheelchair: Top three overall
Results:
10K and 5K Runs will be chip timed and the results
posted immediately on race day at www.splitsecondtiming.comANYONE who registers after 8 AM on Thursday, May 5, 2016, can only pick up their race number on race day!
