Event Description

Central Counties Health Centers’ Turkey Trot 5k Walk/Run, Saturday, November 12, at Washington Park - Playground Pavilion in Springfield, IL. On-site registration opens at 7:00 am, and the event begins at 9:00 am. THIS EVENT IS UNTIMED. .

The entry fees: $20 for adults; $10 for kids 3-12 years; free for kids under 3 years (strollers welcome). A commemorative T-shirt is included. Refreshments will be provided.

Central Counties Health Centers is a 501(c)3 non-profit Federally Qualified Health Centers. Funds raised go to support the primary medical, dental and behavioral health services provided by Central Counties Health Centers to 18,000+ uninsured, under-insured and homeless adults and children in and around Springfield, IL.
