Event Description
A functional fitness body weight challenge designed for individuals to compete against themselves. Participants will place based on best personal time improvement over the course of 4 weeks. This is an opportunity for everybody, and every body, to find their grit.
DIRTY 30 Challenge
30 reps each exercise x 3 Rounds
Full Burpees
Power Planks
Split Squat Jumps
Hand release push-ups
Sit ups
Jump rope
.5 mile run (after all 3 rounds have been completed)
**Demos and modifications offered on ALL exercises.
**Please consider bringing your own mat/towel and jump rope.
**Included with registration will be a 4-week clean eating meal plan, a 4-week accountability calendar, access to YOUvYOU accountability FB group (all to be emailed by 10/2), and a clutch swag bag!
