RUNNER'S DEPOT TRAINING PROGRAM
For those who want to do their first Half or Full Marathon or better their time from their previous race. We are a goal-driven group, whether that goal is to finish your first distance race, train to stay in shape or lose weight, or to set a personal best. The goal is YOURS and we will help you achieve it!
We are training for the Miami Marathon or Half-Marathon, or another of your choosing.
Coached Program Benefits include:
- Day-by-day training program by Coach Bryan Huberty
- Three (3) Organized Runs per week
- Saturday Morning Long Runs at Runner's Depot-Weston store
- Hill Training to build strength and stamina
