Event Description

The Davis Turkey Trot’s 2023 event will mark a thirty-fiveyear commitment from A Change of Pace to providing Yolo County with a fun, safe health-oriented event. Our goal is to have a giant party afterwards and we want to invite everyone. The deadline to sign up to be a booth vendor, or to sponsor a company team, is November 14th. Our booth fees are meant to be affordable for small and local businesses as well as nonprofits. Tents, tablecloths and other items to be supplied by vendor. A site map and one-sheet will be emailed out on approximately Wed., Nov. 15, 2023.

We have two options for companies to take part in this year's event. 

- The first is a traditional vendor booth. Booths are 10'x10' and provide you with space in our race expo where you can showcase products to event attendees, sample, do demonstrations, etc. 

- The second is the opportunity to sponsor a company team. Company team sponsorships are available in increments of 5 entries, with levels of $250, $500, $750, and $1000. Companies sponsoring a team receive a complimentary vendor booth. In addition, companies at the $800 team level or higher (20+ entries) have the option to have their logo on the race t-shirt backs (deadline: October 31). 

If you select the company team option, you will be contacted and provided with a coupon code for your employees to register for the event. The coupon code will be valid on all race divisions.
