Event Description

ANW JR Program and Open gym session runs every Saturday for 5 weeks. 

-Open Gym ( Free play) this is a 1 hour open gym that allows kids to practice or climb how they want to. This class has no instruction. Our coaches will act more like safety instructors and only counsel the participants when there is a safety concern. Otherwise participants are free to explore the gym and the obstacles in whatever way they choose. 

-American Ninja Warrior JR (RACE CLINIC) In this class, students will learn “the course” and get time to practice the obstacles before competing in head to head obstacle racing. Come see what it’s like to compete under pressure like a real American Ninja Warrior JR competitor on the show. 

Morning session 9-10am

- Saturday, October 22nd,

-Saturday, October 29th,

-Saturday, November 5th,

-Saturday, November 12th,

-Saturday, November 19th.

Come learn the application process for American Ninja Warrior Jr., and train with a real competitor from the show American Ninja Warrior. (Jedi Markowski season 7) 

           In this 5 week program, the Obstacle Training Academy will walk your child through every phase of the application process for American Ninja Warrior Jr. 

--------CLINIC WILL INCLUDE:-------------

-Physical activities such as: push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, QMs, running etc.

-Hands on training using replicas of obstacles from ANW Jr.

-Skill progressions including: laches, striding, jumping, rope climbing, rope swing tech, landings, precisions,

-Balance Training:  beginner, intermediate and advanced 

-Proper mindset and mental preparation of what to expect if successfully selected

WE CAN ALSO SUPPLY:

-DIGITAL Action Photos and Video that can be used for the online application 

-Insight into what to expect when filling out the online application and applying to the show.

 This clinic is designed for kids ages 7-14. However, the age to compete on the show is 9-14 years old.
