Event Description

Inaugural 24 Hour Ultra Race

PLACE: St. Andrews University, Laurinburg, North Carolina

RULES: This event will be electronically timed.  All participants will be issued a bib/chip which must be worn at all times to guarantee that all completed laps and splits are recorded.  There will be a chute for runners only and if you will be taking a break, you will be asked to steer clear of the lap counting area.

COURSE:  The course is a 1.2 mile certified loop that runs through the beautiful St. Andrews Campus and circles the lake. It is not currently a certified course, but we are having it measured and completing the process to have it certified.  The surface is pavement, sidewalk, and grass. You will run over 2 bridges.  The trail will be well marked on race day and will use chem-lights at night.

PACERS:  In an effort to prevent overcrowding on the trail, all pacers must be registered entrants.

PARKING:  The main parking area is a paved parking lot located in close proximity to the course. 

TENTS:  There is a large grassy area directly beside of the start/finish line that you can set up tents and areas for you to rest.

THE START:  Start time is 8:00 AM.

There is a no refund policy.  All entries are non-transferrable and there are no deferrals.
