🟣be bold. Running believes that winter running is just as important for success in track as summer running is for fast times in XC. After a long summer of mileage and fall racing, athletes need to rebuild and refocus on spring.  
Our 3rd year 🟣be bold. Running WINTER TRACK PROGRAM offers a structured program where athletes intelligently build base mileage, improve running form/mechanics, gradually develop speed and improve strength so they begin spring track fit and ready to perform!


If you’re looking to take your spring track season to the top in May – this is the program for you! 
Our program is designed to challenge and build runners to their greatest potential so they can perform their best for their teams in May. We focus on laying a strong foundation for building strength and speed for athletes who will be tackling the 800m through the 3200m.


🟣We go the distance! Athletes looking to focus on 800m – 3200m will find 🟣be bold. Running WINTER TRACK PROGRAM is a perfect fit for their needs. Our WINTER TRACK PROGRAM focuses on integrating a long term approach to ensure athletes see their best performances in May. Transitioning from XC to spring mileage is essential for success in track!

🟣Strength and Form Training Strength Training isn’t just about lifting heavy weights in a gym, it’s about knowing how your body moves and understanding how to control it. Athletes will see a big performance benefit just from running-specific strength training and form training alone. This program not only builds muscular strength it builds confident, strong athletes. Athletes who know how to use the muscle they build will excel on race day.


🟣Team Building....building more than Athletes be bold. Running WINTER TRACK PROGRAM offers training for runners entering high school and junior high and runners of all abilities to get to the next level. In addition to physical training, we will teach lessons in leadership, being a great teammate and developing a positive mindset. We know that as a TEAM we are a bold. force together.
