4 great options: 10K, Walk/Run Half, Half Marathon & Full Marathon
Take on the 10K: Completed a 5K and looking to step up to the next level? Our program can help get you there. Runners should be able to comfortably run or run/walk 3 miles by the program start.
Walk/Run 13.1: Looking to complete your first Half? Our program uses a proven method of walk/run intervals to help you meet a goal of crossing the finish line. Runners should be able to comfortably walk/run 3 miles by the program start.
Let's Run 13.1: Are you Half-Crazy? Our Half-Marathon training is our most popular program and has helped thousands of runners achieve their goals. Runners should be able to comfortably run 3 miles by the program start.
You Can Do 26.2: Up for a big challenge? Our Full Marathon training has helped runners of all paces tackle this distance. Runners should be able to comfortably run 6 miles by the program start.

Flexible 16-week training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Saturday AM (endurance/long-run) and Tuesday PM (speed/hills).
Locations:
McAllister Park, LBJ Park, near the Zoo, along the Riverwalk and on the paved trails of Leon Creek & Salado Creek Greenways.
