Fleet Feet Half Marathon Training Class
January 29th - May 5th  |  14 Weeks
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
 

Pricing: 14-Week Half Marathon Training: $100
 

Weekly Schedule:
Wednesday: Speed Workout at Elkhorn Ridge Middle School or Fleet Feet Omaha-Legacy- 6:00pm 
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7:00am
 
Additional Program Benefits:

Base Training:  
Here is the recommended base training for the half marathon: 
Half Marathon - 10 miles a week and at least a 3-mile run/walk per run                                                                                                                   

We encourage you to join our Wednesday and Saturday group runs and get to know others that are also joining the training class.
