Event Description

New Winter Race Option is riding in on these Cold and Wintery winds! Cold Mountain promises to be a great motivator to get out and train through these wintery months. Starting near the Iroquois Park playground the race climbs up the Iroquois Park hill to the top and proceeds to race back down for a fast finish. This 4 mile race offers a little bit of challenge, great views and plenty of warm smiles. Additionally, we are planning for unique finisher swag to be revealed soon! 

Entry Fees 

$25 early sign up. Online before January 25th.
$30 after Jan 24th. Online before Feb 18th.
$35 after Feb 18th. Online prior to the start of the race. 

Course Description

Start/Finish near the Iroquois Park playground climbing up the Iroquois Park “mountain” on the paved pedestrian portion of the roadway to the top and returns back down the “mountain” for a fast finish. Check out the course map for additional details!

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up will be on-site near the start finish line. Please plan to pick-up your race packet with enough time to allow for pinning your bib, stretching and warm up.

Parking--ARRIVE EARLY & CARPOOL

There is parking available in the Iroquois Amphitheater Lot during the event. Please do not drive or park on grass areas in Iroquois Park.

Overflow parking is available at DeSales High School, 425 W Kenwood Dr, Louisville, KY 40214, which is a short walk to the Start and Finish Line.

Water

This event is CUPLESS. Please bring your own water bottle, hydration pack, or cup. Bottled Water will be available in limited supply. Water will be available.
