Event Description

Most mud runs are crafted towards the average person who wants to pursue a fitness goal or who is looking for a fun weekend challenge. The CHQ Mud Day  5K includes obstacles that most individuals can complete as long as they are in decent shape. The obstacles course are a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate, usually while being timed. Obstacle courses can include running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed, endurance and agility.
