Event Description

RUNNING ROX IS A MANDATORY RACE FOR POINT SERIES

You must compete 1 of the first 2 races(Remix or Rewind).    The best score will be kept. 

Doing all 3 Races is acceptable, but again  ONLY THE BEST SCORE OUT OF THE FIRST 2 WILL BE KEPT & PAIRED WITH THE 3RD EVENT(RUNNING ROX)

There is a price discount for each event you purchase in the bundle.   

1 Event = Full Price           2 Events = 10% discount       3 Events = 15% discount. 

Points for Series will be the following   :

Top 20 places at each event will receive a score

100 Pts for 1st place at each event,  95 Pts for 2nd, 90 Pts for 3rd.......   5 Pts for 20th place

Tie Breaker for each event will be a machined time( IE : ROW/ERG).  The tie breaker for this event will be released in the rules prior to event

Tie Breaker for overall Point Series will be listed in the rules prior to Event #3.

4x SLED PUSH  (350lbs /250 lbs)

20 SLAM BALLS OVER THE SHOULDER   (60/40)

50 BBJ Over 3 ft mats

50 KCAL ASB

200 M Farmer Carry (50/35lbs Dumbbells )

50 RUSSIAN KBS   (50/35lbs) * just get Parallel to floor /  Eye Level 

100/75 Wallballs (14/10lbs)

1000M RUN   to finish   *weather Permitted        A 1000M Row will be subbed if rain/lightening
