Race Information
Sunday, 29th of October, 2022.
The Providence Monster Dash 5k will start at 10:00:00 AM
The Kids Monster Dash will start at 9:30 a.m.
Start/Finish: 250 S Water St, Providence, RI 02903.
Note: Course subject to change.

SAVE $4 by registering for any two race option.

SAVE $6 by registering for the Monster Dash and the Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot 5k on Thanksgiving Day in Pawtucket RI and the Downtown Jingle 5k in Providence on December 10.

Simply select the multiple race option when registering.

$32 9/1 to 9/30
$34 10/1 to 10/28

Monster Dash Youth Races (Age 1 to 12. Parents can run with kids)
Youth race distance is approximately 1/2 mile. The youth race is on South Water Street and does not use the tunnel)

Online Registration ends 10/28/2023 at 7:00 p.m.. No refunds. NO PETS ALLOWED. Baby strollers are allowed for walkers only. Walkers are asked to line up at the back for safety reasons. Parents may run/walk with kids in the kids race. Thank you..

On-Site Registration, Race number and T-shirt pick-up.
Saturday October 28 from noon to 4:30 p.m. at Rhode Runner Running Store, 657 North Main St, Providence, RI 02906. On site entry fee is $38 for the 5k and $20 for the Kids Dash.

Sunday October 29 (Race Day) Packet pickup will start at 8:30 a.m. until the start of each race. On site entry fee is $38 for the 5k and $20 for the Kids Dash. Location: 250 S Water St, Providence, RI 02903
