Description
Springboard diving is a beginner-level diving class, focusing on the basics of competitive diving. Participants will learn various approaches, hurdles, presses, and lifts, as well as how to use the diving board safely. Divers will progress through front, back, inward and reverse dives. Participants must meet the following prerequisite requirements: able to enter the water headfirst from the side of the pool and from the one-meter springboard. Class meets for 60 minutes.
