Event Description
- 9am 5k start
- Timing Clock, Online Results, Optional Shirts, Animal Print Mugs, Food, & Awesome Trails!
- Location: Powhatan State Park, 4616 Powhatan State Park Rd, Powhatan, VA 23139
- Proceeds: all funds go to help fund the U13 FC Richmond Elite girls soccer team's upcoming Florida tournament trip. So feel free to donate on race day too. Thanks!
- Walkers* are welcome, but no strollers (due to all trail course) *nor pets* allowed
- Parking Location: Equestrian Lot - 2nd left after the Contact/Ranger Station
- Ages: 10 & up (no exceptions)
- Cost: $20 no race shirt (plus small online fee) / $25 race shirt (plus online fee) logo
- Top 2 male & female winners will receive *Custom Animal Print Mugs.
- Course: Flat with a few slight hills, mix of grass & trails, 3 short road crossings
- Park Parking fee: $5 at the ranger gate (not included in registration), unless you have a 2023 VA State Park pass
- Race day entry will be available ($25), though no shirts available. If there are extras after the race, you can check the table post-race to get one.
- There are only 2 single use restrooms at the Lot, but if you stop at the playground parking on the right on your way to the start, there's a larger restroom there.
- Online entry with no shirt closes on Wednesday, February 1st @ 11:59pm
- Online entry with shirt purchase closes as the shirt sizes are depleted. Updates on this site will be posted as certain shirt sizes become unavailable. So register early!
- There will be a timing clock & results will be posted on the day of event.
- Bib & shirt (if opted for one) pickup & race day sign up will begin at 8am.
- Shirts can be picked up if enter but find out can't attend *only if director is contacted prior to race day.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- In the case of snow or ice, the event will be postponed to Saturday, February 18.
