*DUE TO FORECASTED WEATHER THIS RACE WILL BE A TRAIL RUN, NO SNOWSHOES NEEDED*
The Farm Fields Snowshoe 5K is a winter trek around Maple View Farm in suburban-rural Granby, CT. A 1.04 mile loop around the flat, open and lightly wooded property, the race ends right in front of the Farm's Brewery.
The course winds its way around the flat farm fields of Maple View Farm, in the center of Granby, CT. Along the side of hay fields, through light woods along the Salmon Brook and back through the fields, back up through the barnyard and back to The Brewery Lawn. Participants will race 3 of these 1.04 mile loops, finishing under the lighted hoops on The Brewery Lawn. There will be a water station set up on The Brewery Lawn. Participants should carry additional water as needed. Course is marked with Orange Blazes on Trees and Orange tipped posts in the ground.

12pm: Packet Pick up. No race day registration.
1pm: Race Start
Packet pick up will be in front of The Brewery. Bring your registration confirmation. Park in Designated parking areas on the farm. Be sure to check the weather in advance and dress appropriately!
