Event Description

The 6th annual Law Enforcement 10-78 5K and Community Day is to celebrate officers that put their lives on the line every day, and especially those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.  Join us for a 5k Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Community Day. If you are unable to join us in person, we also have a virtual option! Both on-site and virtual 5k registrations comes with a T-shirt, bib, and medal. This is a non-profit event, presented by the Grand Forks County Sheriff's Office Deputy's Association, East Grand Forks Police Association, Polk County Sheriff's Deputy's Association, and the Grand Forks Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #2, with proceeds kept local and used to support officers and their families in crisis.

Packet Pickup (for on-site runners only) 8/10 & 8/11 5:00-7:00pm at See Dick Run in Downtown Grand Forks

9:00am Opening Ceremonies

9:15am 5k Walk/Run 

10:30am Presentaion of Awards

10:45am Kids Fun Run

11:00 K9 Demonstrations

9:00am - 12:00pm Inflatables & Static Displays, vendors 

12:00 Event conclues

Please bring your ID and check in early at the registration desk. On-site registration will be available for cash or venmo payment only. Parking available in Cabela's and River Cinema parking lots in East Grand Forks. 

Virtual runners, watch your email as we will be sending details after 8/12 regarding when packets will be mailed out or available for local pickup.
