Join us for the Sandy Springs Health and Wellness Expo, Presented by Crunch Fitness. This one-day event will connect you with an array of health and wellness professionals showcasing incredible products and services.

You will also be encouraged to participate in yoga and fitness activities, workshops, & classes aimed at helping you achieve an outstanding balance for your health and wellness. Fitness Enthusiasts will also get to meet and interact with some of the biggest fitness icons in the world. 

This event is FREE and open to the public!

Join the race in-person or virtually! The Sandy Springs Wellness Expo will feature a 5k and 10k race (or walk) with a unique twist. All ages in good health are welcome to participate. This pedometer race will be rewarded by completion of steps. Racers will pick up their race packets at the Crunch Fitness-Perimeter Location at 4540 Olde Perimeter Way, Atlanta, GA 30346 [during open hours only]. Packets will be available for pick up starting April 14th, 2023.

The race package will include your race number, t-shirt, and pedometer. The pedometer is used to count your steps to verify that you have completed the race. Racers must take count of their steps and download them to runsignup.com. Racers can also download a photo of themselves with their pedometer after completing their race. Racers must show their downloaded steps, pedometer or photo at the Wellness Expo to receive their medal.

Below is the amount of steps required for completion of the race

5k Running minimum amount of steps is 4,700 

5k Walking minimum amount of steps is 6,600 

10k Running minimum amount of steps is 9,400 

10k Walking minimum amount of steps is 13,200

If you do not pick up your medal there will be a $10 fee to have it mailed to you.
