Event Description
Join us for a strength workout led by Dr. Zachary Davis PT, DPT (no longer TBD!) and yoga led by Corinne, owner of Balance Yoga and Wellness on January 30th at 6pm at Valley Running Company!
We'll start off with a 30 minute strength workout led by a runner and geared towards runners. We'll follow that with 30 minutes of 30 also led by a runner and geared towards runners! We'll finish it off with some snacks and a freebie!
