Event Description

The Follow My Steps Foundation is a volunteer-based organization committed to providing development opportunities to youth in under-resourced communities. Shooting for Success provides career exposure to participants with representatives from diverse industries like finance, healthcare, insurance, engineering and development, trade careers like electrical, carpentry and manufacturing, and leading entrepreneurs. Higher education facilities and universities will be onsite to introduce their programs and answer any questions participants may have regarding areas of study or admission.

This event provides support and funds directly to participating youth, high school sports programs, and participating community centers, 

This event will feature 32 teams of 3 (16 boys teams, 16 girls teams). Participant teams will face off in a tournament style bracket. The final two boys and girls teams will compete in the championship game at the Basketball Hall of Fame, and a chance to win $3,000 worth of scholarships and prizes for their teams.
