Mental Health Matters 5K and FREE Wellness Faire!

A community event that brings us together to support and raise awareness about the importance of mental health!

Start the day off with a 5K run or walk on the trail of Seal Point Park!  Attend the FREE Wellness Fair where you can learn from Health and Wellness Advocates and Experts! Attend a Speaker workshop, Experience Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation!

 May is Mental Health Awareness Month!  Join us on this full day event because Mental Health Matters!
