Event Description

Don’t miss the USATF Certified Run for the Roses!  Runners will start and finish in the beautiful K-State Gardens, take a lap on the track inside the historic World War I football field, and cruise by Anderson Hall, the Student Union, and Ahearn Fieldhouse.   NEW this year--$25 student rate for 21 and under, balloon artist and face painter to entertain the kids, over 15,000 tulips in bloom, virtual race, and self-guided tours of the gardens.  First, second, and third place winners will get a beautiful glazed purple pot with rose-shaped succulent plant!  Sorry, no dogs on the course.
