Join the San Diego Blood Bank and the County of San Diego for this annual walk/run and interactive experience along San Diego Bay.

WHEN:    SUNDAY, JULY 30, 2017

               On-site registration begins at 6:30 a.m.
               5K Start time: 7:30 a.m.

WHERE:   County Administration Center, Waterfront Park
                1600 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101
                Start: Harbor Drive just North of Ash (Subject to Change)


REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

o 5K walk/run along the picturesque Embarcadero and downtown San Diego
o Chip timing offered for those completing the course in first 60 min.
o Commemorative Live Well San Diego 5K shirt
o Participant Medal
o Virtual goodie e-bag

After the 5K we have lots of activities FOR ALL AGES within our Expo:

o  Discovery Expo open to the public featuring an Innovation Zone showcasing some of San Diego's leaders in health and wellness
o Pet Zone
o Music, fitness classes and dancing
o Free snacks and health beverages
o Kids Fun Zone - featuring bounce houses, games and more

Packet pick-up will be available at the following times and locations:

Friday, July 28 from 11 p.m. - 2 p.m. (County Employees Only)
Saturday, July 29 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

For those unable to pick-up their packets prior to the event there will be an opportunity on race day at the site beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Team captains, department heads or individuals collecting packets (and shirts) for their entire team, department or family please contact the event registration lead – cperez@sandiegobloodbank.org and provide your name, team name and the names of all team members.  Please note: Upon receipt, individual packets and their further distribution become the responsibility of the team captain, department head or family member. Replacement packets will not be available.
