Event Description

The FIRST ANNUAL Charley Clayton Memorial Peep Festival will be held April 1 & 2 at Fairmont State University. It is our mission to honor the life and legacy of Charley through an annual celebration highlighting individuality, self-expression and inclusion through a colorful, sweet, springtime celebration.

On April 2, we will be holding the inaugural 3-mile run/walk. Participants are highly encouraged to wear your BRIGHTEST, most COLORFUL, and FUN attire. Get creative with neon colors, mix & match, tutus, animal ears, and anything that makes you happy. And remember, we are celebrating all things Peeps, so you’ll be fueling at our water stations with the colorful marshmallows Charley loved!

Check In: 8:15 AM

Registration: PRE-registration by March 18 includes a festival t-shirt!  Registration after that date will not include a t-shirt.

Timing: This is NOT a timed event. We are coming together in the name of FUN! However, we will be awarding the following:

Awards: First male, first female, first child, and best dressed!
