Event Description

The Department of Defense marks its annual observance of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM), during April 2023, with the ongoing Theme: "Intervene, We are a Team: There is an US in Trust, Can They Trust in You?"  This theme is a call to action for individuals at all levels to use their personal strength to advance positive change in preventing sexual violence. During the annual SAAPM, PA NG JFHQ SAPR Team ask you join us in a Virtual Walk/Run Event during the entire month of April. Take steps in moving towards building trust and highlight the power of acts that can bolster prevention, increase reporting, and promote advocacy for a safer DoD Community. 

Register, choose the activity (run/walk), the location, and record/track your progress all month. You are encouraged to show your support by uploading pictures of you performing the activities as well any scenery.
