DESCRIPTION

Come join us for the Cinco de Mayo Bear 5K. The 5K is being held to raise money for the Summit Family Fund. The Summit Family Fund helps Summit Charter School bridge the gap between what they receive from the government and the actual cost of educating a student. This is a 5K out and back course with a mixture of hard packed gravel and paved roads.

SCHEDULE

Thursday: May 4th:3:45-5:00PM – Packet Pick Up & Late Registration – In front of school

Race Day: May 5th – Packet Pick Up & Onsite Registration – In front of school

CINCO DE MAYO DINNER OPTION

Meals are limited so runners must preregister for this. Meals include: chicken, beef, or bean tacos, chips, and a drink - $12.00

T-SHIRTS

Must be registered no later than April 5th to be guaranteed a shirt.

Youth: Small, Medium, and Large

Adult: Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge

AWARDS

Handmade pottery for the 1st place finishers in each age category

Age Groups male and female: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & Over

Certificates for the top 3 male and female finishers from Foot RX

WEATHER

The race will be held rain or shine but will cancel in the event of a storm with lightning. Sorry, no refunds.
