Event Description

SRRL Kid's Running Clinic is a training program for youth ages 5yrs old to 16yrs old.

Kids with advanced skills will be placed accordingly.

Clinic participants will receive an event T-shirt. 

Every Monday beginning June 12th thru August 14th, 2023, from 6pm to 7pm at Baker Lake in LaSalle at the east entrance off of Airport Rd.

Benefits of the program:

-Teaches stretching and warm up techniques as well as running instruction. 

- Builds self confidence

-Improves running stamina

-Good conditioning for any sport

-No special equipment required 

-All abilities welcome

-Great start to a lifetime of fitness

-Best of all... it's fun!

Water and Gator-aid WILL NOT be provided to the participants this year. It will be the responsibility of each participate to bring their own hydration fluids in a container with their name on written on the container. 

Any Kid Clinic participant that attends a minimum of five (5) Clinic sessions will get a free registration into the Boo Milby 5k on August 19th, 2023
