Mission: LT Fitness running camp is an enrichment program for all fitness levels. Focus on youth development through integrated fitness. Traditional running games and drills are transformed into powerful learning lessons. Our goal for the camp is to create a program where kids feel empowered and self-confident in all aspects of their lives.  We will work on cultivating the kid's self-love and building their self-esteem through running and fitness. Empowering youth by increasing confidence-building. We encourage a positive mindset and active attitude.

Self Love Running Camp is a (5) week (Sunday) running camp in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. For kids 4 years old to 12. Racing takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events.
