Transitions need to be practiced just like swim, bike, and run! You will get practice and tips for transitioning through a triathlon plus the practical experience of putting it all together. The first hour is devoted to pre-race and race-day trip, the process of setting up a transition area, and navigating through T1 & T2. The second hour will provide the opportunity to practice, practice, practice! After each run through, attendees will be able to find out what can be improved upon and coaches will be there every moment to answer your questions and give observations. This is great training for anyone wanting to perfect their transitions and cut time off T1 & T2!
