Event Description

We invite you to participate in Passavant Hospital Foundation's 11th Annual 4K and 8K Run/Walk on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 7PM. at the North Park Pool Loop and Pie Traynor Field in Allison Park. 

Join Us the very next morning on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the UPMC Passavant Sportsplex at Graham Park in Cranberry for a NEW Family 5K Wellness Run/Walk.

11th Annual 4K & 8K Run/Walk Details
Date: Friday, August 11, 2023

Location: North Park Pool Loop, the starting line will be set by the Harmar Pavilion near Pie Traynor Field.

Times: Race will start promptly at 7:00PM. 
Arrive no later than 5:45PM before Allegheny County Police Shut Down the Road

This race will be TIMED by The Runner's High Timing Service

NEW - Family 5K Wellness Run/Walk Details
Date: Saturday, August 12, 2023

Time: 10:30AM Start 

Location: UPMC Passavant Sportsplex at Graham Park in Cranberry Township

Time: Race will start promptly at 9:30AM under the UPMC Passavant Sign by the Soccer Fields

This race will NOT BE TIMED.
NO PETS AT THE 5K WELLNESS RUN/WALK
 
2nd Annual Kids Fun Run Race Details
Date: Saturday, August 12, 2023

Time: 10:00AM

Location: UPMC Passavant Sportsplex at Graham Park in Cranberry Township

Ages: 15 Months to 10 Year's Old

Requirements:
- Child must walk/run unassisted. 
- A parent MUST be present while the child is running/walking either next to them helping run/walk or at the finish line
- We will have an identifier for each child and parent to wear to match.

Pricing for Each Race

• 4K Race: $30.00

• 8K Race: $30.00

• 5K Race: $30.00

• Kid's Race: $10.00

• Legacy Runner: $50.00
  Interested in running on Friday and Saturday? You will receive a Legacy Runner Prize for completing both races. Example: Complete the 4K or 8K Race on Friday and come back out on Saturday for the 5K Race! 

 
Registration Packet Pick Up and Mailing Procedures
Starting Tuesday, August 1, 2023, every day at Passavant Hospital Foundation from 9:00AM to 4:00PM you can pick up your registration packet

Pre-Scheduled Days for a Late Pick Up Day until 7:00PM and an Early Pick Up Morning starting at 7:30AM will be scheduled. We will notify all participants when those dates and times are by email. 
 
Award Categories
Awards will only be given out on Friday for the 4K and 8K Run/Walk
NOTE: Award Categories Have Changed from Previous Years

4K Race and 8K Race - Female's
Overall Winners - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places
Age Categories - 1st Place Only

4K Race and 8K Race- Male's 
Overall Winners - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Places
Age Categories - 1st Place Only
