On June 7th, We Run Together.

Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 7th to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line. 

We will kick off with The Big Run 5k, but the excitement does not end there! Included with registration is a ticket to the Harrisburg Senators game, a good voucher, a t-shirt, and medal!

Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg is offering two training programs to help you prepare for The Big Run! There is a 5K Training Program and a Begin To Run Training Program. LEARN MORE

Packet Pick Up & Day Of Registration:

Monday, June 5th - 11:00am to 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg
Tuesday, June 6th - 11:00am to 7:00pm at Fleet Feet Harrisburg
Wednesday, June 7th - 4:00pm to 5:00pm at City Island

The Big Run supports Capital Area Girls on the Run. We are excited to support this great local organization helping girls enjoy the sport of running.

She is counting on you to give her Girls on the Run. And we encourage you to consider donating as well!

Another way you can help is to become a SoleMate! SoleMates raise critical funds for Girls on the Run while completing a physical challenge. You don't need to be a star athlete to join—you only need to be a champion for the girls in their communities.
