Event Description

  • BEGINS: APRIL 1ST   @  0001 HOURS

  • ENDS: APRIL 30TH   @  2359 HOURS

 

RUN, WALK and/or BIKE 100 MILES in 30 Days!!! Completed SOLO or divide up the miles with a TEAM OF FRIENDS OR FAMILY!

 

SOLO CHALLENGER: You must complete ALL the miles entirely on your own between April 1st and April 30th.

TEAM CHALLENGER: You can have a team of friends or family and DIVIDE the miles however you'd like to complete the goal. Teams must complete the challenge between April 1st and April 30th.

TEAMS: If you'd like to complete this with your fitness buddies or family, you can create a team! You can name your team anything you'd like. The mileage tracking system will keep track of your team's total miles and time. Each team member must register. Your miles will be DIVIDED UP however you'd like to complete the goal!

 

PERMITTED ACTIVITIES

 

ALL ACTIVITY Division:

Running
Walking - 2,000 steps = 1 mile
Biking
Stationary Biking
Treadmill
Hiking
Rollerblades/skates
Elliptical
Distance Sports
Swimming & Rowing
Skiing/Snowboarding
Stationary Activities (crossfit, strength training, yoga, etc) 100 calories = 1 mile

 

RUN/WALK Division:

Running 
Walking - 2,000 steps = 1 mile
Hiking
Treadmill

 

TRACKING/RESULTS: You can use whatever app or device that works best for you (Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, Apple, Fitbit, etc). Once the challenge begins, you'll be able to manually log your activities through your RunSignUp profile and your results will be uploaded to the official leaderboard. You may log miles daily or weekly.
