Join us for our Fitness Expo On Tap event! With various local fitness-related vendors, a free fun run 5k, free yoga, a pancake breakfast, and more, there's something for everyone!

You choose! Start the morning off with a FREE fun run or FREE yoga! When you finish, peruse local fitness businesses while they showcase their unique ways to reach your fitness-related goals! Must reserve your free spot in our yoga session and sign up for the run so we know how many to expect.

Flippin' Flapjacks will also be in the house! They'll be serving up a HOT breakfast deal! Get PANCAKES and DRINK OF YOUR CHOICE (beer, coffee, or other) for $10!
