Athletes will cycle on a flat closed course supported with volunteers and Indian River County Deputies.   Juniors will complete a single 1-mile loop and Seniors will complete two 1-mile loops. Bikes and helmets are required during the bike portion of the race.  If you do not have a bike,  helmet or running shoes, please make every effort to borrow them (but if you are still stuck without this equipment, please let us know when you register because we have a limited number of each if needed).

Walking Course Clinics will be provided at 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 on Friday by the Race Director.  These clinics provide an opportunity for athletes and parents to get a preview of the race site/race course, an understanding of how race day will go, and have an opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on any area of the triathlon so that youngsters are comfortable and ready for race morning.

(NOTE:  There will be Law Enforcement Security overnight at the race site.)
