Event Description

Obstacle Course Dash is a an opportunity to have fun and stay active together with friends or family! The Dash combines fun obstacles and quick dashes to keep you moving and energized. The course will be offered in two categories. Those ages 6-14 will complete 8 Obstacles and run a 1 mile run. Obstacles include a sandbag carry, balance beam, hay bale climb, spear throw, tire run and more. Participants ages 15+ will compete in 16 Obstacles and a total of 2 miles. Obstacles will include bucket carry, spear throw, tire flip and more!  This outdoor Obstacle course will help you build confidence, strength, endurance, balance and so much more. Finisher medals will be awarded for completion of the course. Race runs in 10 min waves. Last wave starts at 10:30am. Be sure to check out The HF Beast Obstacle Prep Course offered in June at H-F Racquet & Fitness Club. Prep course is open to members and nonmembers of the Club.
