Let the Hi-jinks begin!! New River Outfitters will be hosting this 4th (Almost) Annual 5k. This will be a flat and fast 5k to prep you for a fun day of festivities at the 2023 Go with the Flow Music + Brewfest hosted by Creek Bottom Brews. This race will be manually timed if you care, however, the good times will be measured on the Richter Scale, and that's the most important part of this day. The course will be out and back on the New River Trail starting at the Fries Trail Head, making its way just shy of the 94/trail intersection. There will be a water station at the turnaround point, and of course, with your purchased ticket to the Brewfest, a celebration of your awesomeness afterwards. If you are a first time 5k'r, THIS RUN IS FOR YOU!! If you run because you enjoy running, THIS RUN IS FOR YOU! ****WALKERS are WELCOMED and CELEBRATED!!!**** Costumes are accepted and are highly encouraged! Wear your 5k shirt proudly to the Brewfest, to let folks know you earned your calories for the day! And as always, you never know what to expect from the NRTO Crew!
