Join us in June for Men's Health Month with a virtual 5k national run!
We are thrilled to bring together our Latino communities across the country to promote healthy lifestyles and raise awareness about men's health issues. Our event is designed to encourage everyone to take charge of their health by exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, and scheduling regular check-ups with healthcare providers.
This event is especially important because Latino men are more likely to have certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and prostate cancer, than non-Latino men. Through this virtual 5k national run, we hope to inspire Latino men to prioritize their health and wellbeing.
So, here's what you need to do:
Register for the virtual 5k national run on our website.
Choose your own route, whether it's in your neighborhood, a local park, or on a treadmill.
Complete your 5k run between June 1st and June 30th, 2023.
Share your experience with us on social media using the hashtag #LatinosRun4MensHealth.
Let's show the world that Latino communities are dedicated to taking care of their health and wellbeing. Join us in this virtual 5k national run for Latinos Run for Men's Health Month, and let's run for a healthier future together!
WHO WE ARE
LATINOS RUN promotes running as a way to improve the physical and mental health of the Latino community. As a minority-based organization, their goal is to highlight a community that is largely ignored when it comes to their health while inspiring more individuals of color to change the way the fitness industry looks. They celebrate diversity and aim to empower runners to “Get Inspired By The Journey”.

How Our Event Works?
PLEASE NOTE: Be VERY CAREFUL when selecting your registration and swag options. There are a lot of options and we are unable to process exchanges because the shirts are custom made for each participant and we do not order extras. ORDER DATES AND SHIP TIMES - In stock orders ship within 3 days

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN?
A virtual run is a run that can be run or walked from any location you desire. Run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, gym or even a track (or even at another race). You run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
TIPS FOR YOUR VIRTUAL RUN
1. Be safe – Follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. If you feel ill, please stay at home.
2. Plan your course ahead of time – Consider using an app like Strava to plan your routes. Join our Strava group HERE
3. Tell someone about your runs – It establishes accountability to complete it!
4. Run when it works for you.
5. Have fun! – You are exercising, enjoying a month long celebration and supporting a good cause!

All orders are Final Sale. We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for this event. Questions about your order must be made within 7 days of delivery to support@Latinos.com. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. Failure to respond to emails regarding returned/undelivered packages due incomplete addresses or address discrepancies will result in forfeit of goods. Failure to contact us within 15 days of event closure will result in forfeited order.
